Use of Site
By placing an order through the Windows to the Universe Store, you signify your agreement to the following
Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions of use, do not use this Site.
Modification of Terms
Windows to the Universe may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement to the web site.
Your continued usage of the Windows to the Universe Store will mean you accept those changes.
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the Windows to the Universe Store, you are required to provide a
valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order.
You agree that Windows to the Universe will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or
information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Security and Privacy
The Windows to the Universe Store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL,"
for the transfer of data over the internet.
When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window.
This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information.
A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https".
Order Acceptance
The Windows to the Universe Store may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or
any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted until the product has been shipped.
If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have
provided with your order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Payment, Shipping and Handling
You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover or Diner's Club cards. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order.
We will ship all orders to the U.S. addresses by UPS within 3 business days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.

Orders $5.00 - $10.00 add $1.50
Orders $10.00 - $15.00 add $2.50
Orders $15.00 - $20.00 add $3.50
Orders $20.00 - $30.00 add $4.50
Orders $30.00 - $40.00 add $5.50
Orders $40.00 - $50.00 add $6.50
Orders over $50.00 call or email for price quote
If you are outside of the USA and wish to order merchandise from our store, call us at 303-497-2593 or send an email
request to W2UStore@ucar.edu for the items you would like to buy. We are sorry, but due to variations in international
shipping costs, we are currently unable to process international orders directly via this web-based store at this time.
Sales Tax
The Windows to the Universe Store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax
for orders to be delivered to addresses within Colorado. Each customer shall be solely responsible
for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

User expressly agrees that use of Windows to the Universe website is at the user's sole risk.
Under no circumstances will Windows to the Universe or its affiliates or employees be liable for
any loss or damage caused by a user's reliance on information obtained through Windows to the Universe
